Information: Notes/Recommendations: During the inspection the mobile unit was observed using a handwashing station off the mobile unit. The handwashing station on the mobile unit was blocked with dishes and not being used. Starting 2018 the mobile unit will be required to use the handwashing sink on the mobile unit.
