    The shelves in the reach-in cooler were soiled with a black material. Some of the tongs hanging up were dirty. **CORRECTION** Thoroughly clean the shelves and increase the regular cleaning frequency. The utensils were washed upon request.
  • Rule Violation and Requirement: VIOLATION OF SECTION 7-207.11(B) *PRIORITY* Medicines are improperly stored or labeled, specifically:
    Observed employee medications (over the counter medications, vitamins, etc) stored on the prep table next to bags of bread and clean single service lids and cups. **CORRECTION** The medication was moved to a location away from any food or clean dishes upon request.

    Observed a large pot of cooked beef with a lid stored in the mop sink. No apparent signs of contamination were noted. **Do not store foods in this area to prevent possible contamination.

    There are areas in the kitchen that need repair. The cove base is peeling away from the wall. There are damaged places in the floor and wall. ** Please repair these areas so they are smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.

    There are areas in the kitchen that are soiled with grease and dried food debris especially in some of the hard-to-reach places under and behind the cooking equipment. **Thoroughly clean these areas and increase the regular cleaning frequency.

as i see its a good place if they passed the inspection, i buy from here everyday i work across the road, food its good. sometimes they burn it but i guess everywere else they do. sometimes they over charge people; i have notice different employees do it especially if we order for more people. regardless over all its real close to me the only thing is service is really poor. everyday i go, the tables are dirty or floors, they are not in top of cleanleness as they should. but i havent got sick and i hope i never do..
