Information: Notes/Recommendations: The mobile unit is approved for and is currently operating as a class II unit. The menu only offers shaved ice and prepackaged ice cream. The owner has submitted plans for class III operation and plans have been preliminarily approved. Some of the upgrades to the unit have been completed and others are in progress in order to convert to class III. The current license fee has been paid for a class II. If you convert to a class III this calendar year, please contact this office prior to operation for any additional pre-opening inspections and/or fee requirements.
