Check # 1011 in the amt. of $570.00 paid for license and pre-license inspection fee. Planning to open Memorial Day weekend.
Selling: coffee, wine, pre-made bakery items, fruit and cheese plate, yogurt, etc.
High-temperature dish machine (needs some plumbing work - unable to get a final rinse temp) + single-compartment sink + seperate handwash
sink.

Temperatures taken at time of inspection:
Upright True cooler - 38f Bev. Air cooler - 48f, turned down and noted at 44f
Bakery display case - 36f
Prior to opening, will follow-up on 5-26-10, the following need to be done:
* Dish machine plumbing needs to be repaired so that water does not spray out onto the floor. Detergent also needs to be hooked up.
* Caulking around pre-wash sink table, handwash sink.
* Soap and paper towel dispensers mounted at handwash sink.
* Final cleaning including in restrooms, etc.
* Self-closures needed on restroom doors.
* Final approvals needed from Building / Plumbing / Fire Inspectors also needed prior to opening.
* Eventually, will also need State copy of food manager certification with ID and expiration date.
* Also need establishment phone number once available

* Caulking taken care of
* Detergent available for dish machine
* Plumbing for dish machine taken care of, noted at 170f
* Soap and paper towel dispensers mounted at handwash sink.
* Self-closures available for restroom doors, need to be mounted.
* Okay to open pending approvals from other inspectors and final cleaning. Please call prior to opening.
