Check #1717 in the amt. of $203 paid for license and pre-license inspection fee.
Three-compartment sink - San-Us idodine sanitizer (NSU) + seperate electric eye handwash sink.
Will be serving frozen pizzas, soda (from a soda gun), canned energy drinks - maybe more down the road.
Prior to opening:
* Final inspection / approval from building, fire, plumbing inspectors.
* All wood surfaces should be painted so that they are smooth, non-absorbant, easily-cleanable (several coats of high-gloss or latex based
paint). This applies to the "food prep / service" area.
* Freezer (for pizza) needs to be available and turned on so that temperature can be checked.
* Contact paper needs to be removed from counters.
* Caulking at wall junctures and other areas where food debris might get stuck and hard to clean.
* Soap and paper towel dispensers mounted in restroom.
* Front "service" counters should also be smooth, non-absorbant, easily-cleanable - plastic covering should be removed as current surface is
hard to clean.
* Be sure to provide necessary food contact items: cutting boards, pizza cutter or knife.

This is a follow-up to the pre-license inspection done on 9-29-09. The following have been corrected:
* Occapance obtained from building inspector, waiting on fire inspector.
* Wood surfaces have been painted so that they are smooth, non-absorbant, easily-cleanable.
* Freezer available - 2f
* Contact paper has been removed.
* Caulking has been done.
* Soap and paper towel dispensers mounted in restrooms.
* Front service counters painted (covering removed) so that they are smooth, non-absorbant, easily-cleanable.
* Cutting boards / pizza cutters available.
