Critical: FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - SANITIZED BEFORE USE AFTER CLEANING (corrected on site) Observation: Wiping cloth buckets had bleach and soap in them. Keep bleach and soap separate for wiping cloths. Owner was able to correct.

HANDWASHING SIGNAGE (corrected on site) Observation: No handwashing signage provided at kitchen and dough prep handwashing sinks. Signs provided.
