    Observation: Both the Hobart dish machine in the kitchen and CMA L-1X dish machine at the bar were not sanitizing and was tested at 0 ppm chlorine after priming the sanitizer several times.
    Correction: Repair dish machine and verify dish machine is sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine or per WFC specifications. Note: service has been called. Notify Health Inspector when dish machine has been repaired. Facility will temporarily manual sanitize all equipment and utensils until dish machines have been repaired. Correct By: 09-Sep-2015

    Correction: Employees shall use single-use gloves, utensils, bakery papers or other approved means when handling ready-to-eat foods. Correct By: 24-Oct-2014
