Correction: Repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Note: owner called for service at the time of the inspection. Sanitizer was replaced and manually added to dish machine and provided 50 ppm chlorine at the time of the inspection. Correct By: 01-Apr-2015 LABELING - FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS LABELED WITH COMMON NAME (corrected on site) Observation: Flour is stored in unlabeled container. Correction: Store all foods that are removed from their original packages in containers labeled with the common name of the food or ingredient.
