Observation: The walk-in cooler and the Sears freezer need defrosting. The walk-in cooler is not functioning properly.

Correction: Provide floors, walls, and ceilings that are designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

Observation: The exterior door in the kitchen is not self-closing or tight-fitting.
