Correction: Provide single-use toweling or other approved devices at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing.

Observation: Various ice cream products in the walk-in freezer were observed to be unwrapped or uncovered.
Correction: All foods that are not part of a cooling process shall be covered at all times to prevent cross-contamination. If cross-contamination is evident, discard suspected foods.

Observation: Boxes of Dilly Bars are stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
Correction: Store all food items 6 inches above the floor.

Observation: FOOD IS STORED UNDER HANDWASH SINK DRAIN LINES AND COULD BECOME CONTAMINATED.
Correction: Remove food items from this area to an area not subject to contamination.
- FOOD CONTAMINATION PREVENTED - MISCELLANEOUS CONTAMINATION
Observation: Papertowel holder is directly above food at the front counter and is subject to potential contamination by water dripping from employees hands.
Correction: Move the papertowel holder.
- THERMOMETERS - FUNCTIONALITY - WARMEST PART OF UNIT
Observation: Thermometer in PREP TABLE AND WALKIN COOLER is not properly located.
Correction: Reposition thermometer so that it is located in the warmest part of the refrigeration unit. AND MUST BE EASILY VISIBLE.
