    Observation: Thermometers located in the Artic Air cooler (kitchen) and Haier cooler (kitchen) are broken and not mantained in good repair.

    Observation: Dish machine is not providing sanitizer in final rinse cycle. Utensils are not being sanitized.
    Correction: Dishmachine must provide 50 - 100 ppm concentration chlorine in final rinse cycle. Employees must monitor sanitizer with the use of test strips, recommend each day. Correct By: 16-Jan-2015

    Observation: Dishmachine is not providing proper sanitizer concentration in final rinse cycle. (machine was run serveral cycles and tested at 0 ppm chlorine).
    Correction: Repair dishmachine to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Note: machine may not be used to wash equipment until repair has been made. Machine must provide 50-100 ppm concentration in final rinse cycle. Test with test strips on a daily basis to ensure proper concentration is achieved. Correct By: 04-Dec-2013

    Observation: An open can of soda is stored above food items in the refrigerator located in the kitchen.

    Observation: Sausage links in kitchen Artic Air refrigerator were observed to be unwrapped or uncovered.

    Observation: Bulk milk container dispensing tube is improperly cut, more than 1 inch lenght of tube protrudes from chilled dispensing head.
    Correction: Cut dispensing tube at an angle leaving no more then 1-inch available from the dispensing head. Correct By: 05-Dec-2013

    Observation: Organize kitchen and remove unnecessary items. Keep items only necessary to operation of breakfast bar located in kitchen.
