Observation: Dishmachine is not providing proper sanitizer concentration in final rinse cycle. (machine was run serveral cycles and tested at 0 ppm chlorine).
Correction: Repair dishmachine to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Note: machine may not be used to wash equipment until repair has been made. Machine must provide 50-100 ppm concentration in final rinse cycle. Test with test strips on a daily basis to ensure proper concentration is achieved. Correct By: 04-Dec-2013
