    Observation: Portion cups of mashed potatoes (52.5*F) and green beans (52*F) held in Delfield 2 drawer cooler in kitchen are held above 41°F. Cooler is observed unplugged at time of inspection.
    Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F. Cooler was plugged in and 40*F was achieved, food items held in cooler were discarded during inspection Correct By: 09-Sep-2015

    Observation: The ice drop chutes at the soda dispensing systems (2) in dining room are visibly soiled.

    Observation: Remove towel that is stored on the raw meat cooler/cart, store in use utensils (grill press on a clean nonabsorbant surface).
    Correction: Store in-use utensils in the food item with handle extended, on a clean surface, running dipper well or in a container of water greater than 135°F.
  • UTENSILS, EQUIPMENT AND LINENS - STORING PROHIBITIONS - SELF DRAINING POSITION (corrected on site)
    Observation: Ice bucket that is used for transporting ice is improperly stored on top of the ice machine upright-standing water observed inside.
    Correction: Clean equiment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position to allow for air drying and covered or inverted.
