    Observation: Cooked burgers, chicken breasts, chicken pieces, and eggs are provided with a datemark, however the datemark is not changed when the food is removed from the freezer. Brats and hot dogs are not provided with a datemark.
    Correction: After removing precooked foods as listed above from the freezer, change the date to reflect the new expiration. Ensure hot dogs and brats are provided with a datemark when removed from the original packaging. Adjust datemarking methods to ensure all foods are provided with date marking identifying when the food item has exceeded 7-days. Correct By: 17-Jul-2015
