Observation: The low temp chlorine sanitizer is not being used according to EPA registered label use instructions and is at 0 PPM. Container is empty and another container is not available on-site.
Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration. Bleach is available on-site. Facility will soak dishes in a 50ppm chlorine solution after washing and rinsing. Another container of sanitizer has been ordered. Correct By: 09-Nov-2015
