Correction: Reorganize storage so that ready-to-eat foods are stored above raw animal food and raw vegetables. Discard ready-to-eat foods that show evidence of contamination. The shelled eggs were moved to a lower shelf during the inspection.

Observation: Italian beef in the left Artic Air reach in cooler in the back kitchen had exceeded its date mark of 8/4.
Correction: Discard Ready-to-eat potentially hazardous (TCS) foods requiring date marking that have exceeded their discard date or are not date marked. The beef was discarded during the inspection.

Observation: No consumer advisory is provided on the table menus in the condiment racks. Consumer advisory is posted solely on the wall near the wall menu, but is missing a symbol or asterisk next to it and each corresponding food.
Correction: Provide a consumer advisory on all menus and place a symbol or asterisk next to it and each corresponding animal food served in a raw or undercooked condition. Correct By: 26-Aug-2015
