Observation: Thermometer in Turbo Air 2 door reach in prep cooler is not accurate, the liquid in the bulb has separated.

Observation: The Turbo Air 2 door prep cooler in kitchen is providing an ambient air temperature of 48*F.
Correction: Refrigeration equipment must provide an ambient air temperature of 41*F or colder to store PHF's. (A service call was made at time of inspection and repairman arrived during inspection, small leak in coolant tubing was done and cooler was recharged with freon. Temperature of 38°F was achieved). Correct By: 01-Sep-2015

Observation: A chlorine test kit is not available for checking sanitizer concentrations in dishmachine.
