Correction: Refrigeration equipment must provide an ambient air temperature of 41*F or colder to store PHF's. (A service call was made at time of inspection and repairman arrived during inspection, small leak in coolant tubing was done and cooler was recharged with freon. Temperature of 38°F was achieved).
