Observation: Food−contact surfaces of soda guns have slime accumulations. Remove nozzel of each soda gun and clean inside the head of the gun with sanitizer.
Correction: Clean and remove all encrusted grease deposits and encrusted soil accumulations from food contact surfaces of equipment.
