Observation: The bags of cabbage is stored on the floor in front of the kitchen walk-in. At time of the inspection the cabbage was moved to the back cooler off the floor.
Correction: Store all food items 6 inches above the floor.

Observation: Bins of raw fish are being improperly thawed by being in stagnent water inside a bucket on the floor. At the time of inspection one fish container was moved to the walk-in cooler and the other under running cold water.
