    Observation: The menu's consumer advisory does not disclose which foods are served raw or undercooked. The restaurant serves egg, hamburgers and steaks that are cooked to the consumers liking. (a reminder statement only exists on the menu at this time)
    Correction: Provide a consumer advisory that discloses which foods are undercooked, and reminds the consumer that eating the undercooked item may increase their risk of foodborne illness. For example, place a symbol next to the egg, hamburger, and steak items that are cooked to the consumer's liking and that leads to a footnote that states "Eggs ordered sunny-side up, over-easy, or otherwise soft cooked might be undercooked. Hamburgers and steaks ordered rare, medium rare, or pink in the middle might be undercooked. Consuming undercooked eggs and meat may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
