I got to go to my exercise session today!
I only did six machines and I was extremely exhausted, could barely walk to the car in fact, sheesh! Thirteen days off and I had to start almost from scratch.

Five hundered abdominals, and one hundred of each other machine...

First off, I got on the scale...
Im extremely suprised that I weigh 335 pounds!! Ive been eating like a pig for those thirteen days, (fortunately, its been mostly vegetables!), so, I thought...

Easy Recipe One Pot Dinner / Meat Potatoes and Vegetables in Three Easy Steps:

Step One: Cover the bottom of large saucepan with 4 to 5 medium-sliced raw potatoes, more if the potatoes are very small.

Step Two: Shape one pound of hamburger into a large patty as big around as the inside of your pot. Place on top of the potatoes.

Step Three:
Cut a large onion into slices and place on top of the burger.

Step Four:
Add frozen or fresh carrots and string...
