I am a 33 year old white male. I am a operations manager for a distribution company and I am single (no kids). Do you think this area would be good for me? Is it safe?

I am writing a book regarding the actual negotiating of the real estate commission between a seller or a buyer and the real estate agent.

I would like to know of anyone that kept the documents. I am particularly interested

1. The Listing Agreement
2. The agency disclosure form
3. the buyer broker agreement
4. the agency disclosure form
5. the residential purchase agreement and joint escrow instructions
6. the escrow settlement

If you can, I would want to ask you a few questions...

After asking for months I have to ask the public...
Does anyone read the paper for real estate sales and open houses anymore?
WHAT IS YOUR MAIN INTERNET SITE FOR REAL ESTATE INFORMATION?

Seems like its gone the way of the dinosaurs! Of course with the deadline for newpaper and house can be under contract by the time it gets in the Sunday paper.
