As sons and daughters of the King, we have been given authority to pray Heaven's blessings to earth.
It is God's desire to bless us and for us to witness and "see" His promises manifest as we seek to advance His Kingdom in the earth.

In covenant victory of the cross, relationship between the person and God is established and sealed by the Holy Spirit, thus in turn allowing the person to experientially enjoy the fellowship of communion and growth in that relationship.
