Yep, I've been getting them every few days for the last several weeks - generally around 7-8pm my time (the pre-dawn hours in the US). I just log out, do something else for a couple of minutes and try again. Usually it's okay by then.
That's about the time when scheduled tasks are being performed on the forums so there's nothing to worry about. Just wait a couple of minutes, refresh the page and it should be okay.
Seems like i got them about this time yesterday...and then early or late afternoon Saturday. The ones I experienced were not in the (3:35 ish) think that's the time... scheduled maintenance time. They were very brief.
OK - just got one while replying to someone's post. 5:55 PM Eastern Time.
