I've been getting database errors, just for certain threads. Most threads come up fine but there are a couple of them I've been trying to read for the last 15 minutes and I get "web address could not be found".
Database error The database has encountered a problem. Please try the following:
Load the page again by clicking the Refresh button in your web browser.
Open the www.city-data.com home page, then try to open another page.
Click the Back button to try another link.
The www.city-data.com forum technical staff have been notified of the error, though you may contact them if the problem persists.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
This is exactly what I've been receiving for about the last half hour. Can't change pages, sometimes I can't quote a post. As a matter of fact, I couldn't reach the last page of this thread to see the most recent posts. I'd try to come back to see if there are any replies, but I don't know if I can get there.
I've been getting them in any forum I post to regularly. Usually happens when I go to the last page or post in a thread that has many pages on it. I sent an e-mail to the webmaster. I'll just try again later today. This is the first time I've encountered this in the 5 years I've been a member of this forum!
I've notified our IT technicians, thank you for letting us know. If this happens again please post about it, with the time it happened if possible.

I'm trying to post but I get the database error message when I try to go from page 3 to page 4 so I can't see the most recent posts. I've been getting these messages for about the last half hour in many different forums. I get it when I try to change pages also.
I don't know if this post will go through. I can quote a post but I get the error message when I click on submit.
