Hi everyone, the snow has FINALLY melted here, which is saying a lot as the mountains of snow were seen for miles. It was 60-something this weekend. But of course this being Wisconsin, it's supposed to get back into the 40's this week. I just want to sit outside w/my drink & people watch Are you guys done w/the snow now?

Around 15 degrees at night, and barely 30 degrees during the day around Fairbanks. It had been around 40 during the day last week, but it cooled again by the weekend. There are a few inches of snow in the backyard, around 10" or so.

Yep, that would be the biggest thing to get used to up there, the temperatures. It's bad enough the amount of snow we got this year, but that was unusual, but to have winter go so late into the year.....I don't know about that one

It snowed again this morning. It's a snow mix coming down right now. But with it being 37 it won't stick.

It must have been 40 here last night I actually had the window open all the way, and had to turn on the fan.

I am hoping for a chilly clear night wednesday, the airplane performs so much better. Last monday we were showing almost 1000fpm climb out of pullman We were at traffic pattern altitude by downwind.

It's been nice here....well, we had a few clear days last week and now we've got the gray, cloud blanket again, but I"m telling you.....buds and blossoms everywhere! Dafodils, tulips, all sorts of trees with their pink and white blossoms. Oh I LOVE spring!!
