Landed an hour and a half ago. Saw no lights from the jet. Our vehicles have been sitting in the cold for 5 weeks. Hope one of them starts in the morning. Man is it nice to be home. Well in Anc anyway. Tomorrow I'll be home. Rumor has it the lake is froze over enough to ride snowmachine out to the island. Can't wait to get out to the cabin and do some ice fishing.

Car started, truck was dead. The worst part was cleaning 2 foot of snow off the car with only an ice scraper. So I went and bought a snow shovel to clean off the truck. Buying a new battery for the truck today.
