no cut and paste here. i was just as shocked as everyone else when i heard that comment. yes, after 2 weeks of going cold turkey off of the pain pills, muscle relaxers, ambien and valium i started them back..all i can say is sorry for the crabby attitude cept notrees is stiill a butt sniffing punk.

met i bought the book yesterday and should have it read by saturday. pm me your mailing address and i'll send it to you. honest reviews plz.

i just had new xrays done of the titaniun plate in my neck. this is the first honest doctor i've been to in years. she came back in the room and 1 of
the screws in my neck is missing. she said major surgery is needed to take this rats nest out and build something better.

Tried to PM you Stiff but you won't accept them sooo...I sympathize with your pain...wish you well on "fix'n" the neck...neck injuries are not fixable (I know) but hopefully they can lessen the pain to a tolerable level. best of luck glad you found a Doc who can help.
