How can we accept a book which condones killing people who don’t listen to priest, kill witches, kill homosexuals, kill fortunetellers, allow you to be killed for hitting your dad, killed for cursing your parents, killed for adultery, killed for fornication, killed for being another religion, killed for being a non believer, killed for being a false prophet, kill an entire town if one person worships another god, kill women who are not virgins on their wedding night, kill all blasphemers, Kill all followers of other religions, kill all infidels, kill anyone who approaches the Tabernacle, Kill all who work on the Sabbath, Kill all brats, kill the curious, kill the son’s of sinners, kill the first born in Egypt, and assorted killing of men and women mixed with the rape of some thrown in for good measure. I think it is best we reject the whole thing.
