Plenty look at it since its the #1 tourist destination worldwide. What I dont get is why they would issue warnings for Atlanta which is only a layover at best, its not like they will be murdered at the airport.

True that France is far and away the world's top tourist destination, but I have to laugh every time someone on here dismisses Atlanta as nothing more than a layover. That statement is wholly untrue.
Forbes most recently ranked Atlanta as the 7th most visited city in the US, (surprisingly) outranking cities such as Philadelphia and San Diego.

Lovin - Did the Forbes article differentiate between domestic and international visitors?

It did. It ranked Atlanta at #7 for international visitors as well.

Like I said before, I was surprised. Another surprise was that the raw numbers for Atlanta and Houston were not that far off from Miami.
