Who's more right? Smith Research Group or the actual government who can pull up more data? Huh? Atlanta is tied for 12th with Houston. This lists seem much more correct then having Atlanta at number 7.
I always know when people are full of it. Its when they say they know things for a fact. That is plain arrogance.

Atlanta criminals have no trouble spotting vulnerable French visitors with their berets, stripped shirts, and baguettes.

Arrogance? It's almost common sense and logic. Atlanta isn't necessarily a city that has a huge draw for international travelers. SF doesn't even beat Atlanta in domestic + international visitors, but it does beat it in international. Cities like Sf are what put Atlanta further behind in rankings. Atlanta does well because about a third of the visitors are here for conventions and business. That's what puts up it's domestic traffic.

It makes sense that Atlanta gets around 700-800k intl. visitors per year while NYC gets around 8M or so.

That's what happens when you insult my intelligence though. I will come back with full force. You got proven wrong. Admit it. It must be hard so you resort to calling me arrogant when you're the one who originally told me I have a narrow minded view.

interesting, not really.

the U.S. State Dept issued a global terror alert not too long ago, it's the nature of Gov't to do things like this.
