They probably mean indirectly stop the city of South Fulton, but that's not good news reporting. I'm aware of College Park trying to annex properties on Buffington Rd where the Coca Cola operations can expand. They're also expanding the road for more truck traffic.

The lawsuit actually says:

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff College Park respectfully prays that this Honorable Court:

Declare that House Bill 514 is in conflict with multiple provisions of the Annexation Act

And so what they are trying to stop is the city of South Fulton including areas they have voted to annex. So South Fulton is indirect in this.

I think this is what South Fulton Facts is referring to.

The Cascade Corners shopping center with the Kroger located inside 285 is not listed, so that is still unincorporated I believe.

Unless that status changes in the next 10 days, if South Fulton passes it will become a tiny island of that city, located 2+ miles within the borders of Atlanta. Ridiculous!
