They are not wrong, nor is the rest of the flow. The speed limit sign is whats wrong. Probably overdue for a engineering evaluation. The one thats wrong is the one holding up traffic.
Depends on the road. We have speed limits everywhere from 65 to 85 (that last on a stretch of a toll road which has had several accidents since opening because no one has informed the feral hogs that the speed limit is that high).
Actually, we have THE fastest speed limit in the country with that 85mph limit, but only about 30 miles of one highway in the state has that speed limit. The majority of the rest of the state's non-urban highways are 70-75.
Let me guess, you'd be the one driving at the top of the range?
Why would you care if in that type of a scenario, I would still be within the legal speed limit?
Your question leads me to believe you'd be the one driving at the start of the range and on the far left lane, while wondering why those passing you from the right giving you a pissy look.
I also loved going to OR and seeing a sign that said "no speed limit" or something like that. I guess the max is still 55, but this was on a tiny 2 lane road with embankments. No way was I going that fast.
I thought you guys might appreciate this site showing all the speed limits.
For all you "keep right" law advocates, I saw this site and thought, here you go. All states with a "keep right" law is in green.

Doing ten over on the interstate and getting passed on the right by some one doing 25 over does not constitute driving in the wrong lane. Especially if you have a left exit a quarter of a mile away. Think.

Baloney. I don't have to break a law for wild, stupid, crazy, and dangerous drivers.
