im one of the biggest magic fans in NYC, and im kind of confused as to why this is your pet peeve, does it matter???

damn near everyone labels their teams with the s at the end.

the miami heat have been toying with a lot of teams. Getting cocky and making late runs depending on ray allen hitting the clutch shot. My personal observation though.

Rockets postgame did say that the Lakers were up 4 when hack-Howard started, and the Lakers were up 2 at 2:00. In between that time though - Rockets had just taken their first lead and had the momentum.

Overall - Rockets bench had the energy and put in the defensive effort.

Hacking Howard also zaps the Lakers' offensive flow. There was no offense for the Lakers in about 10 minutes real time.

The Lakers have no bench which is the real problem

Lakers choke away a big lead in the 4th quarter. Ouch. Kobe 6\14 in the 2nd half....31 total shots.

Honestly, at what time do the laker fans......start blaming the new coach? Dwight? The towel boy? Phil Jackson? Global warming?

It's kinda sad but true....Kobe is bullet proof and won't change for these coaches. Enjoy.

Kobe 31 shots, 4 other starters, 32 shots. Kobe 14-31, other starters, 16-32. Just bad ball, and I think it's gonna get worse when Nash comes back and the longer porn stache is the coach!

Hax-Shaq didn't work because he was taking the 30 shots a night and getting them in the penalty.

Made life easy for Kobe etc. in the 4th to draw lightly guarded shots and easy fouls.

However, on this team, it's outside-in......sigh.....bad or emasculated coaching.

Nothing personal and no disrespect meant, but it's a basic English error that some people make when they say Magics, Heats, or Lightnings. The reason why people use the 's' at the end of certain team names is because the names are plural in meaning. For example: The Houston Rockets, there can be more than one rocket, so it's spelled as Rockets, but when it comes to Heat or Magic, there cannot technically be more than one Heat or more than one Magic. This is why announcers never say Heats, or Magics, and why the logo's never say Heats or Magics. I find this mistake with hispanic people the most, (Not being racial, but I think the language barrier or the way some hispanics learn the English language is not correct as far as written grammar goes). I don't know if you are hispanic or not but I find this to be an error in most cases between the Spanish and English ways of writting things.

I'm amazed that the Wizards are now more motivated after getting their 1st win. If they were still winless tonight they would have lost to the heat by 30
