Who knows.

Los Angeles Lakers 2013 Schedule - Lakers Home and Away - ESPN

They are 5-6 so far in December and are playing a little better but they have a rough stretch ahead, especially the spurs, houston, OKC clips stretch up through Jan 11.

I guess it doesn't matter though, they just have to get their gel going and then aim for a playoff spot.

I guess that if they start playing "ok" I will get bored with them until the playoffs because the only interesting part is if they start playing really well or continue to trend as if they will miss the playoffs which would mean major changes.

I thought the Bulls was a team to watch out for after beating the Knicks in NYC but it looks I was wrong.

The Lakers are now feeling good about themselves right now because

1. They won 5 in a row

2. They have Gasol and Nash back

3. Out of the 5 game winning streak they beat two good teams in a row, Golden State and the Knicks

Lin has put together some solid games of late- especially when he stays inside the 3 point arc.

Harden had 26 pts. (not 20).

Parsons also had 23 pts.

Impressed with the fast paced offense - especially as they impose their style on defensive teams.

Bulls without Rose are a meh playoff team. You'd think you'd eventually learn not to put too much weight on a single game here or there?

In addition to that, I think the Knicks are starting to come back down to earth a bit.
