I don't remember if You said where You are coming from but I remember You said You carry a pistol.I carry all the time and just wanted You to be aware 0f a couple things about gun laws.We in this state have an open carry policy. You can wear a side arm in public as long as it does not cause a disturbance,You can go in certain business' with them on(Harley dealer) Personal Auto mech. shop,no Banks, bars ,post office' Just common sense. You can carry in car in site or locked up in clove box.You may want to check out the Definition of ASSAULT,It has two meanings one for all states except LA. WE HAVE OUR OWN DEFF. OF ASSAULT AND IT IS VERY INTERESTING.I live in a bad area of town and have had two gun chargers to beat this past year plus retrieve my gun back from the police .I was wearing my pistol and got in an argument with some one and got out of my truck and took the pistol off and locked it in the cab.I had my gun taken from me and was charged with ASSAULT.All worked out but it cost me about $700.I had to let it be seen by a PANHANDLER outside a circle k just yesterday,He was up in my face trying to bum money then I told him to get a job and he asked if I had one for Him when I said put your bike in the back and I would work him for a couple days in my yard he rode off.A women carrying a gun in a purse IS a violation of gun laws unless She has CWP.
