They fix 104 through there, yet? For decades is was a mess, last drove through there in '06, the road resembled something out a dystopian nightmare movie.
104 in the city of NF itself (DeVeaux area of the city) was in total disrepair for years after 2006--it was seemingly permanently 'partially closed'. It's been fixed/paved for a few years now--at least in that neighborhood. JW's claim that it hasn't been fixed may apply to some other part of the street that escapes me
City of Niagara Falls proper still only has 1 hospital left just like Buffalo has bare minimum services and no choices and for most speciality medical services you have to go to Rochester, Cleveland & Pittsburgh
