It's ridiculous to think that the tax payers pay for every person in the State to have access to U-boob videos and porn that doesn't tile. I have very fast HD, digital phone with unlimited long distance and equally fast HSD at home. Cause I pay for it. Granted at a huge discount but none the less I have "access" to it. A buddy of mine lives in Jamul and his HSD service through Sat is just fine for everything he does. He too pays for it.

Anyhow, looking at the raw cost of the rail system makes no sense....one has to compare it to the alternatives none of which is spending zero....
