To the CD folks -

I think you are all missing a wonderful opportunity...read below

To Mike -
This is a great neighborhood. Great, safe area to walk around at night, in the dark. Please do us all a favor, buy there, walk around at night alone, and hopefully fate will take care of the rest. Enjoy and let us know how it works out for you.

I believe that Hidden Valley should be listed alongside places like the French Riviera, Rome, and the Bahamas in terms of natural beauty and wildlife. The "Hidden" part of the name comes from the fact that you would never believe such a beautiful neighborhood would be there. When one makes an illegal left into Hidden Valley (we can't have this place turning into McAddenville with all the people drooling) you can be shocked to see the perfectly manicured yards, pricey cars, and a total sense of pride people take in their neighborhood. And there's never a single piece of trash on the streets and the local schools are top notch.

In the words of Jim Cramer's sound board; "Buy! Buy! Buy!"

You know, I have been looking for a nice all brick home in a quiet, wooded setting. If I buy it . . . maybe Mike will rent from me. He can use it during the week for a short commute to work and then just stay at his Ballantyne CC home on the weekend. That way he won't have to sell his home - best of both worlds!

Wow....this thread is too weird. I was just watching History Channel and they had a show on called Gangland. Last night episode was on the Hidden Valley Kings. It was an hour long documentary on the gang and how they were dismantled by the feds. It was interesting.
