I don't know about you, Finn... but I can say that it was God who cleaned me up, not myself; simply because I was in no condition to do it!

I am glad you allowed God to clean you up. Either you allow God to do it, or you refuse it. Many refuse it and go to their graves with their sins.

Quite honestly, I believe it was more like, "hey Brian, here I am!"

Many years ago I heard a wonderful sermon on this topic and it has stayed with me ever since.

The pastor said, "Jesus did not say, 'I am one way, one light, and one choice of truth". But Jesus said "I am THE way, THE light, and THE truth".

I was always a "believer" but just that simple statement brought me closer to Him.
