Is it wrong for Christians to have strippers at their Bachelor/Bachelorette Party?
Lap dances are a private matter; not for every Tom, Dick and Harry or Suzy
Que to act as a go-between or liaison in sexual intrigues or one's fantasies.
Why in the world would a Christian have a stripper at a party?
I agree. I would not marry a man who needed to do this type of tradition or pre-marital
ritual. I think it is crude and tacky and nothing a person who is serious about God would have any desire to
participate in. Will you go to hell if you attend? Nope. Might raise hell, though.
Isn't it custom in certain Western societies (?) for bachelors and bachelorettes to have strippers at their party? Something to do with getting the last glimpse of freedom or something? I've never paid much attention to cultural norms....
It very well may be an American custom, but so is obsession with owning firearms and yet not all Westerners/Americans observe the "traditions" associated with our society. None of the men in our family ever had a wild party before getting married, nor the women either.

Do you want to know what scripture has to say about tradition?
"You practice your faith in vain, your rules are but traditions taught by men." I can't member where that is from but I am certain it's in there.

If the question is would Christ approve of this kind of pre-marriage celebration . . . I doubt it. It does NOT indicate a very strong commitment to the chosen spouse. It smacks of the "sow your wild oats while you can" mentality of adolescents (of ALL ages). That is hardly the state of mind conducive to a healthy marriage.
Some of my friends had them at their party and Im going to a couple of bachelor party's soon and I know for sure there will have strippers there and mostly everyone there are Christians as well.
Strippers don't do anything for me as it is looking at and throwing money away at a random stranger to shake it, so what are others thoughts on Christians having a stripper at their Bachelor/Bachelorette Party?
Me personally, I will not have any at mines when I have one.
Emphatic NO!!!...Are there any examples of bachelor parties in the OT or NT?...NO!!!...I'd research the origins of the bachelor party...The purpose of such is to have one final fling before getting married but if we look at the OT we find that when a man is in the betrothal process it is as serious as being married, beings any child born during that process is legitimate...So, I would say that it is committing adultery and I would advise you not to attend...

King David had six wives and numerous concubines.
King Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines.
...but it was alright to have numerous wives and mistresses, who were sexually subservient?
Perhaps, these so called Christians are 100% bible believers?
Who have not learned that the two shall become one!
