Twin, no one is offended by the reality that we are imperfect. We don’t even need anyone telling us that (repeatedly, ad nauseum) because we live with it and it’s effects every day.
What “offends” the very meaning of the word “love” is to insist that a God who IS love (therefore, good and holy and just, etc. etc.) would, infinitely worse than the most heinous human tyrants throughout history, condemn people to be tormented with no hope of reprieve for eternity. I know you are capable of understanding this, and perhaps the day will come when you can acknowledge it.
