Many of these buildings are condo.

This will be the first new large residential building in the Eco District. It will stand 15 stories tall. It will be interesting following the changes in this part of town. I think it's transformation will be innovative.

Wait until Congress vacates the Capitol for Independence Hall and the NYSE becomes the PSE. You might come to regret it or you might love that America finally has a primate city!
