Pittsburgh without question....I like 4 seasons.... dont mind cold weather.... dont mind snow..... seems like a nice compact city full of interesting neighborhoods.

Chapel Hill NC, or Charlottesville VA
Chapel Hill. Really pretty North Carolina college town. Located in a really good metro to boot. But Charlottesville is nice too.
