If Atlanta was running hip hop you could at least name a list of artist that has international wave and compare it.

You sound just like the clown Kodeblue who made a list of hip hop cities but can’t even name at least 3 artist from so said cities.

I named numerous artist from NYC lol. It shouldn’t be hard for you to do the same lol
Baton Rouge punches above its weight for a small city, though. NBA Youngboy has a large following

Lil Boosie is HUGE is Baltimore, Kevin Gates has a large fan base as well, but he prefers jail over fortune and fame.

True. But if NBA young boy gets credit than someone like 69 who destroys Youngboy in followings shouldn’t be discredited. And Mind you 69 accomplished this in much shorter time frame!

If 69 was a southern artist, the conversation would be different.

But he’s a NYC artist so all of sudden despite him being the hottest in the country he’s irrelevant

NYC will always have its place in hip hop wether it’s under another city or whether it’s number 1. Plain and simple.

Well yeah, he's way too popular to write off but;

Are you sure about the bolded, though? I would argue that he's not even the hottest out of New York, Cardi B has outsold him and has a larger following.

Yea my fault Cardi B is the hottest but Tekashi 69 definitely has the most buzz after her even though he hasn’t really accomplished anything yet.

I know he brags about his billboard records but I will wait after a year pass to see if he holds up!

Cardi skipped the "rapper" phase of her career. She went from stripping, to reality TV, to pop star. I'm happy for her.
