The drug, mob, and underworld culture of these cities interest me. I dont do drugs and am not apart of any mob but reading about Al Capone and these average men that controlled the streets of cities like these is baffling while also intriguing. I placed SF there because it has everything that makes a place a one of a kind IMO
SF also had a mob presence, albeit a much smaller one.
I think people tend to forget about Honolulu (and Hawaii in general). It's a very different place from the rest of the US.
