I don't get it either. I guess they just don't know any better. Los Angeles is a world class city IMO. If you want good music venues, theaters, cultural events, great food, nice museums then yes, L.A. has all these. In a city with so much to see and do, I don't know why some people hate L.A. maybe they prefer small town living? But if it came down to living year round in Miami vs. Los Angleles, I'd still want to be in L.A.

Miami can't compare to LA. Miami is too small. It would be better to compare Dade County to Los Angeles.

Ignorance. You do not know the half of my family's life from the oppression of the former Soviet Union to immigration to NY and achieving the American dream from hard work. Do not talk to me about ignorance.

Now lets see Miami.

My comment wasn't specifically directed at you.

But, yes, judging by your comments, you are jealous of and ignorant about LA.

AMAZING pics. They really capture the diversity and scenic beauty of LA.

There really isn't any other place like it in the country. I don't care what anyone says. There is only one LA.

Whatever. No I am not. I am not jealous of a nightlife that is not as good as the 2 I get in NY and Miami. If I wanted to I could move to LA right now.

P.S. This is a good song.

I like Los Angeles for movies but who cares about being there it is not that warm for the water and the hills are brown.

Now this is life!
They are! No offense to L.A., I still like it.
