I'm pretty sure San Francisco, New York City, Toronto and Philadelphia are the best

Oakland's worth mentioning in this conversation, it's a real functional neighborhood.

Seeing as how San Francisco for it's entire history has been linked to Chinese and Asian culture, I'd say it's the most authentic and best overall. New York does have a great one though, without a doubt. LA's Chinatown is cool, used to be my stomping ground lol but it lacks the population that SF and NYC's chinatowns have. Do to the fact that the Chinese in LA choose to live in other places. That said, it's a great place to shop and buy fresh food and trinkets and stuff lol Those are the only three Chinatown's I've been too.

I would agree with New York , Toronto, And San Fransico but not Philadelphia. Theres much larger chinatowns than Philadelphia's and more well known.

Philadelphia Chinatown 2011 - YouTube

Have you actually ever been to Philly?

NYC and SF are more known and larger though after these in the US Philly may actually be one the next largest in all honesty and pretty authentic actually

Do you even know what you are talking about? While there are certainly larger Chinatowns than Philadelphia's around the world, I'm positive Philadelphia's is the third largest in the U.S.

All the publications I have read including wikipedia say Philadelphia china town is 6 city blocks . Never been there been to San Fransicos much biger, Been to Los Angeles china town still bigger. Seattle china town im not sure but seemed much larger than LA. I do Know Seattle's china town is about 40 blocks with museums , parks, Its like a seperate city.
