No, it is true. You can';t live in Dallas, Houston or Atlanta without a car and have it be convenient.

You can't do that in Miami either. It's dense but that's it.

Yeah Miami METRO is VERY sprawled. 100 miles long metro from North to South. From Northern Palm Beach County to Southern Dade County. BUT SoFla does have Tri-Rail.

Yup.

FL lost a little bit of its population last year as a result of the worst economic recession since the great depression. Pittsburg and many other areas of the north have been losing population for decades. FL and other Sunbelt states will continue to grow.

No, Miami metro is not sprawled at all. If you would like I could prove this to you, but it would take me about 15 minutes to look up and post the facts?
