tourists, yes. To LIVE???? Not anymore. "Nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there". The numbers are bearing that out now.

They aren't? I'm just saying, no matter how many negative vids DJ post, the fact remains that FL is the 2nd most desirable state in the nation. And it bothers him/her(maybe it doesn't). Call me crazy, but there MIGHT, there just MIGHT be a small group of people out there that MIGHT actually enjoy Sunshine and beaches over 4 seasons. Key word:MIGHT. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe everyone hates sunshine and beaches, maybe I'm just being delusional. DJ even accused Noland of negative post, even though Noland had nothing but positive words towards Pittsburgh. Oh well.

Indeed, but that's the same responses I've heard the same for most people who have visited the Northeast.

Pittsburgh is a stunning(more impressive than Tampa) city from the southbank of the city at night, but I would not care to drive down one of the hills when their is ice on the road and end up in the confluence.

I just like the Tampa Bay area better because of the beautiful and clean cities that surround Tampa, they just have a bright and positive feel.

Tampa deserves more credit than it gets. It does have some nice urban areas. Ybor City is, of course, the most notable, but it's not the only one.

All that being said, Pittsburgh is a city that suits me better. I'd go with Pittsburgh.

Pittsburgh is probably more important....however one determines that, I have no clue, but I'd much rather live in Tampa.

I feel the same way, don't get me wrong there's places in the Northeast I wouldn't mind living in (DC Suburbs and Wildwood NJ) but I prefer Florida (or Cali).
