No comment as to why Boulder has less crime then the Springs?

Look at this with Colorado Springs compared to Boulder:

I see you are from Hope Arkansas.

I found that the crime rate is higher in Hope, Arkansas then Pueblo, Colorado, Boulder Colorado, and Berkeley California. All 3 democratic cities and liberal. Can you explain why?
